Senior Policy Adviser - National Infrastructure Commission
Tom Hughes is a Senior Policy Adviser at the National Infrastructure Commission (NIC) and is leading the organisation’s work on hydrogen as part of the second National Infrastructure Assessment. Over 3 years at the NIC, Tom as has helped deliver a range of projects across energy, transport and infrastructure resilience. Prior to joining the NIC, Tom undertook a number of policy roles in HM Treasury.
