Head of Hydrogen Customer Experience - British Gas
Tim has more than 20 years’ experience fulfilling a variety of different roles across domestic gas heating and cooking. Over the last twelve months he’s been working on the hydrogen village programme, running resident sessions and co-developing one of the first hydrogen customer propositions. Now he is leading the British Gas Hydrogen Customer Experience team which will create world class customer journeys, experiences, and propositions through partnerships with different companies and Gas Distribution Networks (GDN's). They plan design and deliver a variety of different programmes converting homes and businesses to transition from Natural Gas to Hydrogen whilst enabling sufficient data to be collected to shape the future heat policy for the UK.
