Suzanne Moir
Suzanne is a Partner in, and Head of, Addleshaw Goddard’s Infrastructure, Projects and Energy team in Scotland, with over 20 years' experience advising a range of stakeholders responsible for the delivery of major infrastructure projects. She is a key contributory member of the firm's Public, Energy and Transport Sectors. In the Hydrogen Sector Suzanne led the legal team advising Aberdeen City Council in connection with the procurement of a joint venture partner to deliver the Council's Aberdeen Hydrogen Hub. Part of the Council's investment in the Project, included a commitment to buy hydrogen from the joint venture to power the fleet of hydrogen buses operated by First Bus in the City. Suzanne has also advised other private sector organisations in connection with the development of green hydrogen projects. She published a report on investment in green hydrogen projects with Equitix last year, following engagement with key industry players: https://tinyurl.com/yckkac7r and is an author of the Addleshaw Goddard publication on Cleaner Transport, a special report on the transition of the transport sector towards Net Zero, including hydrogen as a fuel for transport; coming out in 2024.
