Josh is a seasoned leader with a proven track record of excellence in chemical engineering, process safety, and operational management. Josh’s career spans diverse industries, including pharmaceuticals, wastewater, fine chemicals, oil terminals, and manufacturing, where he has successfully navigated the challenges of COMAH regulations, DSEAR compliance, and Process Safety Management (PSM).

He has worked successfully to improve Process Safety Culture within sites by communicating and connecting with all levels of a business, introducing new ways of workings whilst maintaining key business targets.
