India To See The Development Of Green Hydrogen Solutions

PTC India Ltd has announced that it has signed an MoU with Greenstat Hydrogen India Pvt Ltd (GHIPL) to mutually develop green hydrogen solutions for Indian power market beneficiaries. Hydrogen Industry Leaders looks at how it will play an essential role in the decarbonisation of India.

Under the MoU, both PTC India and Greenstat Hydrogen India will jointly work towards developing green hydrogen projects in India.

The areas of development shall include feasibility studies and/or project management services for green hydrogen solutions to potential beneficiaries in India.

In addition to this, both companies will also work towards identifying opportunities for developing a centre of excellence for facilitating green hydrogen in India.

Rajib K Mishra, CMD, PTC India, said: “Green hydrogen has huge potential to meet the future energy demand sustainably and support the transition to a net-zero economy. Under this association, PTC and Greenstat would play an important role in the adoption of green hydrogen in India.”
