Deputy Director - Germany Trade & Invest (GTAI)
Raphael (Winkler-) Goldstein is the Deputy Director at Germany Trade & Invest (GTAI), the foreign trade and inward investment promotion agency of the Federal Republic of Germany. Raphael Goldstein is a mechanical engineer and has worked for various multinational companies in the automotive and energy sectors in Germany, Hungary, and Brazil before joining Germany Trade & Invest (GTAI). With 15 years of experience in the field of hydrogen, he is responsible for investments aimed at decarbonizing the chemical, refining, and metal industries and is the Co-Leader of the Hydrogen Project Group. He has also been an active member of various working groups (Hydrogen, Storage, Blockchain) within CEN/CENELEC’s Sector Forum on Energy Management and has served as a project evaluator for sustainable manufacturing.
