Zoe Harrison

Zoe Harrison is the Lead Hydrogen Developer for the RWE Pembroke Green Hydrogen project, the largest initiative of its kind in Wales, which recently secured planning approval. With over two decades in the energy industry, she brings extensive expertise in project management, environmental permitting, and regulatory compliance. Throughout her career, Zoe has held key roles as an environmental management lead, specialising in planning and permitting for large-scale energy projects, an asset engineer and air emissions consultant. Her experience spans an environmental regulatory body, consultancy as well as RWE, providing her with a comprehensive perspective on sustainable energy development. Now, she leverages her skills in large-scale, complex project management to drive hydrogen innovation and support the transition to a low-carbon future.
